Product information "High temperature pressure sensor PT23 - DIN 43650A"

with DIN 43650A plug as connection (18 mm). Other designations for the connection are valve connector and standard connector according to DIN EN 175301-803.

This sensor was developed to favourably measure the pressure of media with higher temperatures. Due to the additional cooling fins compared to the basic model PT2, media with temperatures of up to 260°C can be monitored. In addition to the usual tasks of sensors, such as feedback for control systems or continuous monitoring, this sensor is also suitable for replacing pressure switches. Thanks to the high-quality materials, the pressure can be monitored in a wide range of media. An FFKM seal is used on the thread to the medium. The pressure sensor is partially temperature-compensated to increase the measuring accuracy.
The pressure sensors are generally available from stock with 0.5% measuring accuracy. For this electrical connection, we offer various displays as accessories, modular according to your requirements.

Further options are available as special orders, for example output signals with lower voltages on single-board computers, or other common threaded connections for the medium.

Sensor LED Display with switch functionalities NOM13

This display is intended to add a direct read-out as well as pressure switch functionality to sensors.The display is simply plugged into the sensor, please note that the 43650A connection on the output side has a different layout to accomodate the two switches.As an LED display, it can be easily read in dark conditions.Configuration is done with the two buttons at the front, which can easily be done, even in the field.The two npn exits have a maximal output of 100 mA. These can be freely configured as NO, NC, set point and hysteresis.Due to the low voltage loss, the normal power supply of the sensor can simply be used. An additional power supply is therefore not necessary.Again please note that the DIN43650A output layout is different from the usual layout, check the data sheet for details.The display has to be configured by the customer.

This plug-In display is intended for integration into existing sensor connections.This display is compatible, depending on the variant, with all sensors, which have a 0 - 10 V or a 4 - 20 mA signal.Connecting the display is very simple as the original signal is passed through.
